Weight Watcher Wednesday - Week 19

This week's weight loss:
0.6 lbs for a total of 25.6

Not sure why the scale wasn't a better friend to me this week...I did lose some weight but not as much as I had hoped. I go to the gym every day for 1 hour, in addition to walking my dog nearly every day for 30 minutes...sometimes twice a day. But I'll take what I can get...and slowly, but surely I will reach my goal...


  1. I know these type of weeks can be so frustrating Joanne but you are doing so awesome!!! I'm looking at all those weeks over there and am just blown away by your dedication!! I love coming here to read your updates and the yummy recipes!! I was fixing to logoff the 'puter and realized that today was Thursday and sat my butt backdown just to come back to check to see how you did this week!!! KEEP IT UP GIRL!!!!
