So far....so good. I've kept myself focused on my goal... chopping off one pound at a time. To be honest, I can't believe it sometimes. I'm not sure who this person is ... is it really ME??
This week's weight loss:
1.2 for a total of 58.2.
getting closer to my next goal of 60 lbs.
I repeat this to myself every day... "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels"!
