Well...it wasn't a great loss, but I'll take it. I was diligent in tracking all my food intake this week. I've incorporated more vegetables into my everyday diet and now include a baby spinach salad with carrots and tomatoes along with 1 tsp of olive oil and red wine vinegar as salad dressing every evening with dinner. I had forgotten how much I like baby spinach!
This week's weight loss (finally!)
0.8 lbs
(still have 3 lbs to lose to make up for the gain earlier this month. I'm working harder at the gym these days, hopefully those 3 lbs come off quickly so I can get to my goal.)
