Oh by the way, I talked to Matthew about your email to me. He said the best thing for you is planks! They are hard but really work your abs. Here is a video demo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6I990Wbr1JE He said to do them one to 2 times a day, 5 days a week. :) Start off with 30 seconds hold and then work your way up to 2 mins. hold. You should see great changes in about a month.
