Weight Watcher Wednesday - Week 28

Time to PAAARTY!!
I had a GREAT week...stayed on track, kept up with new gym schedule and 'the scale' cooperated!
This week's loss:

2.2 lbs for a total of
40 lbs GONE

I've reached the half-way point. 40 lbs to go!


  1. HOLY COW GIRLIE!!!!! You are so FREAKING AWESOME!!!!!! I don't even know why you are bothering with the size 16 pants because by the time the weather cools off enough you'll be down to 8/10 or LESS!!!! Shoot your already getting into the 12's for pete's sake!!! YOU ARE SOOOOOOOOO WONDERFUL!! I am SO PROUD OF YOUR SUCCESS!!!!!!! XOXOXOXOXO

    Oh by the way, I talked to Matthew about your email to me. He said the best thing for you is planks! They are hard but really work your abs. Here is a video demo:
    He said to do them one to 2 times a day, 5 days a week. :) Start off with 30 seconds hold and then work your way up to 2 mins. hold. You should see great changes in about a month.
