  • Progresso Light chicken/veg soup
  • WW multigrain crisp crackers
  • WW string cheese
  • Points: 5

DINNER:

  • 3 oz lean hamburger
  • Arnold's whole grain bun
  • toss salad
  • grilled zucchini
  • Points: 7

SNACKS:

  • WW ice cream
  • Fiber One bar
  • Points: 4

Total Points: 19
