  • 4 oz grilled chicken
  • 1/2 C mashed potatoes
  • sauteed zucchini/summer squash in 1 tsp olive oil

  • Fiber Plus bar (2 pts)
  • Snyder's pretzel stix (2 pts)
  • 1 oz fat free potato chips (1 pt)
