DINNER:

  • 9 large shrimp
  • grilled zucchini, summer squash, green beans
  • 1 C honeydew melon
  • Points: 3

SNACKS:

  • 5 C 94% fat free popcorn
  • Fiber One Bar
  • 1 oz Fat Free Potato Chips
  • 1 WW 1 point snack
  • Points: 7

Total points: 16.5
